Charles Williams, founder, president and CEO is a graduate of Temple University’s School of Business, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management. Charles was also a former Assistant Bank Branch Manger. He is a former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent (twenty-three year career). Williams brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of private investigation. During his time in as a Special Agent he worked extensively in the field of Violent Crimes, Foreign Counter Intelligence, National Security, Terrorism, Background investigations and Surveillance. Williams spent more than twelve years as a member of the prestigious FBI New York City Fugitive Task Force wherein he was involved in over a thousand arrest and interviews.
CEO and Founder Williams was also a FBI certified undercover agent, a member of the New York City FBI Crisis Negotiation Team, EEO Investigator, certified FBI assessor, certified street survival agent and certified general police instructor. As a testimony to Williams’ outstanding career in the FBI he was the recipient of one letter of commendation from the United States Attorney General as well as 12 letters of commendation from the Director of the FBI and several other agencies for exemplary performance in the line of duty.
Alfred Smith is a graduate of the State University of New York where he earned his A.S. in Criminal Justice and Gardner-Webb University where he earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice. He is a retired New York City Police Department (NYPD) Detective. During his twenty year career as a member of the NYPD Al specialized in all aspects of narcotics and organized crime. He has extensive experience working as an investigator and undercover and surveillance operative. Al has worked with federal HIU in Manhattan as well as with the Organized Crime Control Bureau (OCCB). Al brings a wealth of knowledge to the PI industry in the area of wire tapping, auto crimes, undercover operations, surveillance and criminal investigations.
Royetta Sieminski, Associate Investigator is a graduate of Del State where she earned a degree in Criminal Justice. Royetta has twenty five years experience in Asset Protection/Loss Prevention as a Regional Trainer, supervisor and investigator where her duties included Internal/External theft investigations, premise security, profit & loss issues, safety concerns, safe serve procedures, safety planning, security management and regulatory compliance and risk management. Royetta also has eight years of private investigation experience.
